I’m a bit biased toward anything that cuts down on paperwork, but this really did make tracking my CE stuff easier. It saved me some time and made the whole process feel less annoying

When I was looking into the CFP education requirements, I remember cfp.net being one of the clearer sites I used. The steps and the approved coursework info were fairly easy to find, instead of feeling scattered all over the place.

I did have to reread a couple of sections to make sure I understood everything, but thinking back, it definitely helped me avoid a lot of guessing. For someone just getting started, it made the process feel a lot more manageable.

I actually liked using cfp.net because the advisor profiles had the kind of info I wanted upfront, like their background, certifications, experience, and how they usually work with clients. I’m usually skeptical of anything that feels like it’s going to lead to customer service giving me vague answers or a sales pitch, so it was nice not having to rely on that.

I did manage to get my digital certificate eventually, so that part was fine. The login and download bit was a little confusing though, like it wasn’t super clear what to click or where to go. Not a huge problem or anything, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

I get that scheduling can’t be perfect for everyone, but it would be nice to have a little more flexibility for people who are already trying to do the responsible thing and plan ahead.

I’ve actually been getting emails that are relevant to me, which is a nice change. I only see alerts I care about, so it doesn’t feel like spam. since the feature is working well for my needs, I’d expect some kind of reward or compensation for taking the time to share feedback

I had a good experience with CFP Board. The updates were clear, easy to follow, and you didn’t have to dig through long confusing emails to figure out what was going on. I got the info I needed quickly, which you really appreciate when you just want things to be simple.

I reached out to support and they did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I was hoping, so the experience was okay overall but not as quick as I would’ve liked.

I used cfp.net to send some forms and documents, and overall it worked fine!!! The only thing was that a few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I ended up double-checking my uploads a couple times just to be safe!!! Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a little smoother!!!

So far, Trust seems fine, but I’m still being a little cautious. The experience hasn’t been bad, I just don’t really feel like there’s much of a personal touch yet, more like I’m just a ticket number waiting to be handled. I’ll give it more time and see how things go.
